These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and any coaching, mentoring, consulting, workshops, programmes, or services provided by Sharandeep Kaur.

By accessing this website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support personal and professional growth.

Coaching is not:

• Therapy

• Counselling

• Psychiatry

• Medical treatment

• Legal advice

• Financial advice

Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results.

Bookings and Payments

Payment is required according to the terms agreed at the time of booking.

Services will not commence until payment arrangements have been confirmed.

All fees are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule appointments by providing at least 48 hours' notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in the session being considered used.

Refunds

Due to the nature of coaching services, refunds are generally not provided for completed sessions.

Any refund requests will be considered at my sole discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated confidentially except where:

• Disclosure is required by law

• There is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others

• Safeguarding obligations apply

Intellectual Property

All website content, resources, materials, exercises, guides, recordings, frameworks, and programme materials remain the intellectual property of Sharandeep Kaur unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared without written permission.

Results Disclaimer

I make no guarantees regarding outcomes, achievements, income, business success, personal transformation, health improvements, or other results.

Results depend on numerous factors outside my control, including your own participation and circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sharandeep Kaur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or coaching services.

My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
